We here in the Beatty house have been sick! Leah has two ear infections and Tim has the Shingles! Wow what a busy, crazy week!
Leah is getting better, and I do think Tim is getting better too. Now if I could just stop getting Tonsillitis we (I) would be a lot happier!
On the up side, it snowed this morning for four hours. Snow is so pretty to watch! But I am really glad it did not stick to the ground. hoping to be able to finally make pine cone bird feeders with the girls today. Will post pics when I can get it done.
This is a blog to tell the story of my life and raising these three special gifts God gave us! There is never any quite in this house, but I wouldn't change it for anything!!

Saturday Mornings
This morning I decided to get some cleaning done, and my girls wanted to help! They love to "clean" the windows! Which means, they love to spray windex over everything and wipe it up! So all my furniture and glass are super clean today! I love my girls, they are always wanting to help me whatever way they can! After they were done they did go outside and play with their Daddy. Saturdays are a lot of fun!

Snow Angel
We got snow!!! We got 6" of snow earlier this month. I am just now posting our video from that day!
The girls (Leah and Emma) loved it!! Madelyn did not care too much for it, she did a face plant in the snow and that was all she wanted to see of it.
Leah and Emma made snow angels with Tim, and they went down a hill with Tim on our make shift sleigh! They had a lot of fun and so did Tim and I. Leah is waiting for more snow so she can "make a snow man family with Daddy"!
Leah is learning how to write her name and read!!
Today I sat down with Leah to start teaching her how to read and write her name, Leah will turn four on April 28th. I was not sure if she would be able to do it or not, but to my surprise she got it!!
She was able to write her own name. She also learned how to read the words, Pat, Sat, Cat, Bat, and Rat. Tim and I are very proud of our Leah.
Emma is learning about the colors orange and yellow. She likes to do school work with her sister Leah.
Madelyn just likes to eat cheese puffs in her high chair as she watches us do school work. I am looking forward to homeschooling Leah this fall as she will start K4 through the A Beka home school program.
So my life is about to change, but I enjoy watching my children grow and learn new things! Even if I do feel like I'm loosing my mind some days!
